An artist all my life, I started making glass beads in 2001 studying at Andrighetti Glassworks. I fell in love with the molten glass that is made in more colours than a box of crayons.

My glass beads are individually handmade using traditional Venetian techniques called lampworking. Colourful glass is melted over a flame and wound around a steel rod to form the bead. Other colors are added in layers or details to add to the design. The bead is cooled slowly in a kiln to make the glass durable for several lifetimes. Each piece is unique unto itself.

I am inspired to create by the natural elements of the sky, water, and land surrounding the beautiful area I live in.
