Rosemarie is a quilt artist who finds inspiration in the natural world of the lake and the forest. She lives north of Gimli, near Arnes, and works in her studio with a great view of Lake Winnipeg.
Rosemarie's background is in traditional quilting methods and patterns. She is now designing and sewing quilts with abstract designs based on the ever changing shapes and colours of nature.
She enjoys hand quilting her pieces, but occasionally uses a machine to produce different textural effects.
