For over 30 years Steve worked as a graphic designer and artist at Friesens Corporation head office in Altona, Manitoba.
In the summer of 2008 he left his position as corporate designer in order to spend more time painting. His paintings range from miniatures to large multi-panel pieces.
His work is currently held in private collections across Canada, the Government of Manitoba, and in the United States.
